Last Updated on November 4, 2026 by Jo Fitzsimons

Planning a trip to Italy’s famous Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco region? I have put together this map to help you explore the best places to visit during your trip.

The best vineyards to visit

You’ll find a list of our favourite vineyards listed on the map, to help you navigate your way around if you’re planning on wine tasting during your trip through the region.

We offer Wine Tasting Tours: Book a half day or full day tour. Find out more.

Where to stay – the best accommodation

From hotels in Venice to the best B&B’s and farmstays in the wine country itself, the map can help you choose the best base for your stay in the region.

Where to eat – the best restaurants

I must eat around 5 times a day when I’m on exploring the wineries so I’ve eaten in a lot of local restaurants and small eateries in the region. These are also packed into the map for you to explore.

Getting around

No travel map is complete without understanding your start and end points. I’ve therefore also included the key airports and train stations for visiting the Prosecco area. Our key recommendation is to take the train. There is a direct line from the central station in both of Venice and Treviso that will take you to Conegliano in just one hour. Things to do in Venice

Many visitors start in Venice and add the Prosecco region to their itinerary. It’s a fantastic way to swap the hustle and bustle for the UNESCO World Heritage Site Prosecco Hills. Our map therefore includes the best places to visit in Venice as well as some major landmarks e.g. you can see where St Mark’s Square is relative to the Santa Lucia train station.

Here is the map to use for planning your trip. Otherwise you can create a copy and save it to your device for your own use when you’re in Italy. You can even add your own locations along the way (if it’s a copy that you save).
